12 Core SC Fiber Patch Panel (ODF)

The 12 Core SC Fiber Patch Panel (ODF) is an optical distribution frame used to terminate and manage fibre cores in comms rooms, data centres and street cabinets. Incoming fibre cable is secured in the panel, the cores are spliced onto pigtails, and the terminated cores are presented on the front of the panel through SC adapters so that patch cords can be connected to switches, routers and transceivers. With capacity for 12 cores, this panel suits smaller distribution points and edge sites. Using a patch panel keeps splices protected, keeps bend radius under control and makes moves, additions and fault finding much easier to manage.
